The best first step is to contact us. An IPS representative can then evaluate what you are looking to do with the product and get you headed in the right direction. We can discuss the different services that are offered and if necessary, this will allow us to start some design work for you. Usually a sketch or details of what you are looking for, is very helpful. For more information, please see download our Design and Assembly Guide.

The loading capacity of an Ecoflex structure depends on a number of factors including span distances bracing and support. We have built Ecoflex structures to hold weights in excess of 3500 lbs. when properly designed. An IPS representative can help you with your design and determine if Ecoflex is appropriate for your application. Technical data for Ecoflex pipes and components can be found in our Design and Assembly Guide here.
Ecoflex products are compatible with 28mm pipe and joint system competitors such as Creform and NIS. Our joints can fit on other pipes and vice versa, however it is not recommended to mix different brands of connectors (ie. an E1 joint with another brand's single joint connector). An IPS representative can help you with compatibility questions and crossover information.
IPS would be glad to provide a sample kit to you free of charge. This will include some small pipe samples, components, and fasteners for your evaluation. A sample kit can be ordered here.
